Do you charge a room fee?

We do not charge a room fee! However, we do require a minimum of 25 people and a selection of a buffet from our function menu

Can I bring a cake?

You absolutely can bring a cake. We will cut it, plate it, and serve it at no additional charge

What is the maximum number of people we can have in the Guinness Room?

The Guinness room holds about 50 people comfortably. During the warmer weather you also have a private patio section outside that seats an additional 15 people. This is only available weather permitting. If your headcount exceeds the max number please reach out to the events manager to see if accomodations can be made.

Can I decorate?

You are more than welcome to decorate. Confetti, glitter, and candles are prohibited. We ask that if you are hanging something to please use tape. No holes should be placed in any of our walls, or you will be held liable for the damage. All decorations must be removed at the end of your event. We are unable to store any items. You are given a half hour before your event to decorate.

Are there linens on the tables?

Linens are available at no additional cost. Please let the event manager know if you would like to include them.

Is there music in the room?

The music in the Guinness Room is connected to the restaurant, but you do have total control of the volume in the room. Guests can bring their own music via speaker or through our HDMI cord and their laptop) All we ask is that the music isn't loud enough to disrupt our other guests dining in the restaurant.

Is there a bar in the Guinness Room?

There is no bar in our Guinness Room. Depending on how many guests you have, you will be assigned 1-3 servers who will take care of all of your guests drink orders. There will be no need for your guests to ever have to leave to go to the bar. Please speak to your event manager to discuss open bar options.

What if one of my guests has a food allergy?

We are able to accommodate food allergies and intolerance. Please let your event manager know prior to providing your finalized menu selections.

Do you have an HDMI cable I can use for a slideshow?

We do offer an HDMI cord at no additional cost and it can be set up prior to your arrival. It will be connected to the tv behind the buffet table, which makes it a perfect location for slideshows and presentations. Please let your event manager know if you would like to request our HDMI cable for your event.

Can I rent the backroom to host a children’s party while the parents sit elsewhere in the restaurant?

You are more than welcome to host a children party but we do ask that all parents stay in the room to supervise their children at all times.
